Depending on how confident and fit a cyclist you are, there are a range of destinations that can be accessed by bike from Bramshall Meadows.
A cycle ride into Uttoxeter town centre will take around 5-minutes, with it only taking a few minutes more to reach the train station. When you consider the time it takes to park and get through traffic, that is probably quicker than a journey by car!
Many of the local routes are lightly trafficked, and are classed as advisory cycle routes on the Uttoxeter cycle map produced by Staffordshire County Council.
If you’re looking to get out and cycle for leisure, Bramshall Meadows has easy access to the wonderful route 549 of the National Cycle Route, which locally, can be followed eastwards to Sudbury, then onto Etwall or northwards into the Peak District.
